30 years ago Christina had a hang gliding accident that changed her life. Yoga helped tremendously in her recovery, and led to her qualifying as a yoga teacher and therapist. She is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, and is happy to plan a short home practice free of charge.
Small friendly groups in Sutton and Merton Park (Wimbledon) ensure individual attention. All levels are welcome, the not so fit will feel very comfortable here. During the 1¾ hour class, you will work with gentle postures, learn to breathe properly and relax deeply. Some classes are for ladies only. The yoga room is warm, clean quiet and comfortable. Cost is £8.50 per class.
If you wish to try an individual session of 1¼ hours the cost is £27.
Family groups of up to 5 people enjoying a session together will cost £36 for 1½ hours.
Relaxation Groups (Sutton)
Many different techniques are taught, all of which can lead to true meditation. When practiced regularly benefits can be far reaching. Hundreds of studies have been carried out on regular meditators. On the whole, those people are healthier, happier, more relaxed and youthful. 1½ hours, plus time for tea and questions afterwards. Cost is £8. Students have a special price of £3.
